Location-specific Services

Life Development is our unique way of helping you successfully transition from therapy to living, working and playing in the “real world”.

Life Development is not a system. It’s not a process. It’s not a program. We simply help you create new behaviors that eventually become habit. We provide advice, moral support and guidance. We live alongside you (outside of therapy) to help you develop routines and patterns that create a positive, fulfilling lifestyle.

We provide outpatient services and have the ability to offer as little or as much support as the individual needs. We are continually assessing and making the appropriate clinical adjustments based on the individual’s needs and progress.

Our Mental Health and Chemical Dependency IOP applies principles of acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and cognitive behavior therapy. Limited to 12 people, our IOP includes individual therapy sessions and random drug testing.

Mondays 7 pm – 8:30 pm

Parent Support Group offers education, encouragement, and support. It’s a time when parents can hear others voice the same concerns about parenting teens or young adults who are struggling with chronic emotional struggles, substance abuse, and/or psychiatric illnesses.

Tuesdays 4:30 pm – 6 pm

This educational, process and experiential group is intended to supplement 12-step meetings as well as therapy. It equips participants in addiction topics such as the addictive system, relapse prevention, the 12-step process, and building support systems. The group is for people struggling with any substance or behavioral addiction. It provides the opportunity for members to process together, receive and give feedback to peers, ask questions and be given support. This is a mixed gender, open group for ages 18-35.

Wednesdays 10 am – 11:30 am

A nurturing group for women ages 35 and up who are recovering from alcoholism and/or drug addiction. Together we investigate topics such as parenting, relapse triggers, and relationship issues
