INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM (IOP)

Monday 9 am – 12 pm
Tuesday 9 am – 12 pm
Thursday 9 am – 12 pm

We believe that people’s particular struggles are often rooted in similar underlying issues and experiences. By focusing on these underlying similarities, our IOP program can accommodate members struggling with both psychiatric and substance use disorders. This inclusive approach allows for group members with a variety of struggles to relate to and learn from one another in a unique way.

Our IOP draws on principles of cognitive behavior therapy, dialectal behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and schema therapy to provide a theoretical foundation for group process, psychoeducation, and experiential work. Limited to 12 people, our IOP also includes additional support through weekly individual sessions to process the group experience.

IOP is an open group, accepting members at any time. It follows an eight week curriculum, addressing a variety of topics related to mental health, addiction, and maintaining a balanced life, all from a holistic perspective.
