Brianna Souddress

Meet Brianna Souddress, a compassionate therapist and recent graduate of the University of North Texas, who joined Innovation360 in December 2020. With a background in Applied Psychology from New York University and a newly acquired degree in Counseling, Brianna is dedicated to helping individuals create meaningful and lasting change in their lives.

Specializing in areas such as depression, anxiety, women’s issues, addiction, trauma, and life transitions, Brianna utilizes Cognitive Therapy techniques to empower clients to overcome challenges and tap into their own strength and resilience. She firmly believes in the transformative power of counseling, providing a supportive and non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their inner resources and find the courage to navigate life’s complexities. With Brianna’s guidance, clients discover that they are the masters of their own journey, capable of overcoming obstacles with the right support and mindset.
