Cara Canady

Meet Cara Canady, MS, NCC, LPC, our Primary Marital/Family Therapist at Innovation360. Cara began her journey with us as an intern student counselor in August 2019, bringing a wealth of experience in working with individuals, couples, and families. With a focus on modalities such as DBT and CBT, Cara is dedicated to helping clients navigate their relational, interpersonal, and intrapersonal circumstances.

Cara’s expertise extends to working with individuals diagnosed with substance dependence, dual-diagnosed pregnant women, and families of children with cognitive, social, and behavioral diagnoses. She believes that social connections are crucial for mental, emotional, and social wellness, understanding that healing and reconnecting to one’s environment is not a linear process.
