Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

At Innovation 360, our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a cornerstone of our comprehensive therapy services, catering to individuals struggling with both addiction and primary mental health issues. Designed to address substance use disorder (SUD) issues, as well as provide support for primary mental health concerns, our IOP offers a highly structured treatment program for those who do not require 24-hour supervision or medical detoxification.

What is it?

Our IOP provides a structured treatment program that addresses substance use disorder (SUD) issues and primary mental health concerns for individuals who do not require medical detoxification or 24-hour supervision.

When is it?

Our 8-week IOP program consists of three 3-hour group sessions held weekly from 9am – 12pm on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Additionally, participants receive 1 individual hour of therapy each week.

What’s the cost?

The cost for the full 8-week IOP program is $3000. While we currently do not accept insurance for our IOP, we plan to do so within the year.

How does it work?

  • Structured Treatment: Our program follows a structured curriculum, integrating evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and relapse prevention techniques. This approach provides intensive support and guidance while allowing individuals to maintain their daily responsibilities.
  • Individualized Therapy: Participants receive personalized therapy tailored to their unique needs and goals. This individual hour allows for deeper exploration and targeted intervention to address specific challenges.
  • Supportive Environment: Participants learn to recognize and address the emotions and behaviors behind their substance use and mental health concerns in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Difference Between IOP and Inpatient Treatment: While inpatient treatment involves living and sleeping at a facility with 24/7 care and monitoring, our IOP allows individuals to live at home or in a sober living residence. This flexibility enables participants to continue fulfilling responsibilities while receiving treatment.

Our IOP provides an opportunity for individuals to receive intensive support for both addiction and primary mental health concerns. Through a combination of evidence-based therapies, personalized support, and a structured curriculum, we empower individuals to overcome challenges and work towards lasting recovery and mental well-being.
